Philippe Vercruyssen has over 30 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting and financial management.

Philippe holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from the KU Leuven. He started his carreer in strategic IT consulting at Accenture, and moved to Venture Capital in 1992 when he joined Fortis Private Equity. He later specialized in high-tech Venture Capital by joining FLV Fund in 1998 to become head of US investments and move to Silicon Valley. Back in Europe he managed for 2 years a secondary portfolio of Baloise. From 2007 until 2013 Philippe was managing partner at OCAS Ventures where he was in charge of building a portfolio of materials related spinoffs and ventures.

Philippe currently is an advisor to Venture Capital funds and Entrepreneurial companies.
